Castings

G&Z is particularly proud of its engineering design and drawing development capability. We have years of successful experience in assisting many customers in providing quick turn-around, fast track prototype casting development. Over the years our staff has found unique and creative ways to solve customer scheduling problems. We have worked with incomplete drawings or illustrations to develop the "solid model".  Once the model is complete and the engineering design review team releases it, the model can be processed thru a quick prototyping method, thus removing the need for the expensive permanent tooling. The advantages of this approach include a much shorter cycle time, engineering qualification and testing. In some cases, due to a small quantity requirement, providing quick turn prototypes have been only what the customer requests.

At G&Z, we can provided all these services, in fact, we can enter into either the service of machining customer supplied castings or procure castings for you directly from foundry.
